Banana chips

Ingredients
Raw banana -3
Oil for frying (coconut oil preferred)
Salt to taste
Turmeric  a pinch

Method
1.Take a bowl add salt and turmeric.  Mix well by adding water.
2. Heat oil  in a kadai. Make thin slice of banana and then drop the slices one by one to hot oil.
3.Sprinkle turmeric water to Kadai.
4.When it turns crispy take it .

Sojji Chakkuli









Ingredients

Soji 1 cup
Water 2 cup
Rice flour
Sesame seeds,
Jeera,
Turmeric powder,
Red chili powder,  
Oil for frying
Salt to Taste

Method:
Boil  2 glass of water and add Salt, fried soji(small) 1 cup to it and stir well until soji is cooked .
switch off the stove and then While it is warm, add sesame seeds, jeera,turmeric powder, red chili powder, rice flour Mix well.
Place this Now use the chakli disk (which has star like hole in it) in your chakli/Murkku maker machine.
Line your work surface with aluminum foil or parchment paper to shape chakli on it.
And also heat the oil in a pan on medium heat for deep frying.

Deep Fry the chakli.

cabbage dosa


Ingredients:
  1.  Rice 1 cup
  2.  Red chillies 2-3 no.
  3. Tamarine 
  4. Jaggery
  5. Coarinder Seeds-1spn
  6. Jeera- a bit
  7. Coconut grated - 4-5 spn
  8. Salt to Taste 
  9. Finely Chopped Cabbage 
  10. Finely Chopped Onion -1/2
  11. Curry leaves

Method:

  • Soak Rice for about 1 hr until it becomes soft
  • Grind all the  ingredients from 1-8
  • Add cabbage , onion , curry leaves mix them well
  • Heat the Tawa with little oil in it add the batter to make dosa.
  • Fry Both the side.

Paneer- Matar Masala

Ingredients

1. Matar
2. Paneer -200 gms

3. Powder

  •   Chilly Powder-1tbsp
  •   Garam Masala Powder -1 tbsp
  •   Turmeric Powder-1 tbsp


4 Crushed Kasoori Methi- 1tbsp 
5 Ghee-3tbsp
6 Jeera-1tbsp
7 Milk Cream -1 tbsp (Optional)


8. Make a Fine Paste of the Following Ingredients

  • Chopped Tomatoe-3 nos
  • Chopped Onion-1 nos
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • Green chilly - 1 nos
  • Raw Coarinder Seeds - 2tbsp
  • Cashew-10-15



Method :
1. Add ghee to a pan . when hot add  Cumin seeds allow it to sparkle 
2. Add ground paste and saute it until raw smell goes
3.  Add Powder one by one in given order.
4.Add matar and cook until tender.
5. Add salt to taste. Saute it for a minute.
6. Add fresh Paneer cube. Saute it .
7. Finally add cream amd kasoori methi.

Crispy Pototoes

Ingridents:

Peeled Potatoes 2-3
Salt
Pepper
Chilly Powder
Corn Flour
Oil for Frying
Curry leaves a fist
mustard for seasoning
crushed garlic for seasoning


Method:

1. Cut Potatoes lengthwise. Sprinkle salt, pepper powder and corn flour and keep it aside for 2-3 mins
2. Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry the potatoes and until crispy .
3. In another pan add oil for seasoning . Add mustard, curry leaves and crushed garlic .
4. Finally add fried potatoes and then add chilly powder saute it for few seconds
5. Serve hot

KFC Chicken



Ingredients for paste
Chily
Garlic
Ginger
Pepper
Garam masala powder
Salt
Lemon juice

Coating ingredients 1:mix
Toast powder
Cornflakes
curry leaves
salt
pepper
chilly powder
lemon jist (lemon grated)
Coating ingredients 2: mix
 wheat
 salt
 pepper
Coating ingredients 3:mix
Egg
Salt

Method
Step 1 :
Clean the chicken pieces and put salt , vinegar ,turmeric and mix it well . keep aside for 15 mins.
Then waash it little + marinate with the prepared paste. keep it for 2-3 hrs
Step 2:
1. Get the marinated piece
2. Roll with Coating ingredients 2 mixture
3. Dip it with Coating ingredients 3 mixture
4. Roll with Coating ingredients 1 mixture
5. Deep fry with low flame 

Baby Corn Golden Fry Recipe



 Ingredients:

Baby Corn - 9
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Rice flour - 2.5 tbsp
Cooking soda - 1/4 tsp (optional)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chat Masala powder - just to sprinkle
Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Curd - 1.5 tbsp
Water - as required for the batter
Salt - to taste
Oil - to toast

Method:
Trim both the edges of baby corn then pressure cook baby corn with immersing level water for 2 whistles in medium flame.Cut them into 2 inch pieces then cut it vertically like I have done.(Else you can even cut them into small circles).

In a mixing bowl add rice flour, corn flour, curd, garam masala, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste,salt,soda and mix well.Sprinkle little water(if required) to form a slightly running paste. Add cooked baby corn and marinate for 30mins. Set aside.

In a dosa pan, add oil and add the marinated baby corn pieces and roast it till golden brown. You can also deep fry them in oil. Drain in tissue and sprinkle chat masala powder.
