Ingredients:
- Rice 1 cup
- Red chillies 2-3 no.
- Tamarine
- Jaggery
- Coarinder Seeds-1spn
- Jeera- a bit
- Coconut grated - 4-5 spn
- Salt to Taste
- Finely Chopped Cabbage
- Finely Chopped Onion -1/2
- Curry leaves
Method:
- Soak Rice for about 1 hr until it becomes soft
- Grind all the ingredients from 1-8
- Add cabbage , onion , curry leaves mix them well
- Heat the Tawa with little oil in it add the batter to make dosa.
- Fry Both the side.
