Sojji Chakkuli









Ingredients

Soji 1 cup
Water 2 cup
Rice flour
Sesame seeds,
Jeera,
Turmeric powder,
Red chili powder,  
Oil for frying
Salt to Taste

Method:
Boil  2 glass of water and add Salt, fried soji(small) 1 cup to it and stir well until soji is cooked .
switch off the stove and then While it is warm, add sesame seeds, jeera,turmeric powder, red chili powder, rice flour Mix well.
Place this Now use the chakli disk (which has star like hole in it) in your chakli/Murkku maker machine.
Line your work surface with aluminum foil or parchment paper to shape chakli on it.
And also heat the oil in a pan on medium heat for deep frying.

Deep Fry the chakli.

cabbage dosa


Ingredients:
  1.  Rice 1 cup
  2.  Red chillies 2-3 no.
  3. Tamarine 
  4. Jaggery
  5. Coarinder Seeds-1spn
  6. Jeera- a bit
  7. Coconut grated - 4-5 spn
  8. Salt to Taste 
  9. Finely Chopped Cabbage 
  10. Finely Chopped Onion -1/2
  11. Curry leaves

Method:

  • Soak Rice for about 1 hr until it becomes soft
  • Grind all the  ingredients from 1-8
  • Add cabbage , onion , curry leaves mix them well
  • Heat the Tawa with little oil in it add the batter to make dosa.
  • Fry Both the side.
